Yamaha motorcycle [no longer] for sale

1978 or 1979 Yamaha XS750 Special (3 cylinders)

It really is not suitable for the monster potholes, land mine craters, mud and semi-paved highways we have here in Cambodia, but it is a fantastic (and unusual) machine with buckets of power. It's overall in good condition with some non-OE parts.

The stats:

  • Yahama 750 Special, 1978 or '79, I think. Japanese version.
  • 3 cylinder
  • shaft drive
  • formerly dark grey, now metallic blue
  • 15,000 miles on the clock; probably more like 100,000 in the real world
  • not original: footpegs, shocks, upholstery, instruments
  • Needs some detailing, which can be done in Cambodia
    • I can arrange surface shipping, to the port of your choice. Including origin service, freight charge and destination service, it looks like US West Coast would be about $940, East Coast $1000, France $850 or so.
